Code Of Conduct
The manner in which staff conduct their work reflects highly on the organisation for which they work. We have a code of conduct policy in place to ensure all staff, subcontractors and consultants working on behalf of Technique understand and implement the code at all times when dealing with clients, residents and the general public.
Our policy outlines our commitment to guaranteeing all clients, residents and the general public receive consideration, understanding and respect.
The policy covers issues such as safety, access to and protection of property and communications with the general public. It is important for all people working with, or for, Technique to understand its importance and to work at the same high standards as our own employees. This includes keeping appointments, working within permitted hours, respecting property and privacy and keeping noise to a minimum.
